Our fearless leader in North Austin came up with this one and we think it’s a winner- a blend of cream cheese, cheddar and cumin on a Phil’s Burger topped with Chipolte Mayo, Fried Jalapeños and Bacon- served on a Shelia Partin Sour Dough Bun.
